ALL 11 CLASSES TO RECEIVE CASH PAYOUTS AS MORE THAN $50,000 GOES UP FOR GRABS IN LAS VEGASSuperkarts! USA is raising the stakes for the 29th running of the SKUSA SuperNationals by confirming a record-breaking cash purse exceeding $50,000 for the November 11-15 race. The news marks the largest payout ever offered at a single event in SKUSA history and will see prize money awarded to all 11 classes. From the youngest Micro Swift and Mini Swift competitors to both shifter divisions, racers finishing inside the top five will leave Las Vegas with their share of the event purse.“We wanted the prize package for SuperNationals 29 to reflect the stature of the event and reward every category in the paddock,” said Superkarts! USA CEO Tom Kutscher. “The SuperNationals is the biggest race of our season, and this year every class will be competing for cash.” The Pro Shifter category will once again offer the largest purse of the weekend, with $15,000 distributed among the top five finishers. The SuperSunday winner will collect a $10,000 payday, while second through fifth will receive $2,500, $1,250, $750 and $500, respectively. Pro X30 competitors will race for a $10,000 class purse, including $5,000 to the winner and $2,500 for the runner-up. Cash prizes for all other classes will be announced at a future date. “The SuperNationals has always been about more than one or two headline classes,” Kutscher continued. “Every driver who earns a place on the SuperSunday grid has accomplished something significant. Expanding the purse across the complete class lineup is another way for us to reward those competitors and continue building the event for the future.” SKUSA also has confirmed that Masters Shifter will be added back on to the schedule. After conferring with racers, team principals, and veterans of the sport, SKUSA is placing it back on the docket. The class is contingent however on producing a full 40 kart field within 15 days of registration being opened. Racers who have expressed interest in having the class added are encouraged to enter early and help spread the word to peers. Pre-entry for SuperNationals 29 will open Wednesday, August 5 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The race is an open event with no invitation needed and class spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. With nearly all divisions reaching capacity shortly after registration opened in 2025, competitors are strongly encouraged to secure their entries as early as possible.
