By submittal of an event entry application, or any purchase through this website, I agree to hold SKUSA, together with its owners, heirs, assigns, officers, representatives, agents, employees and members, harmless from all liability. This includes, but is not limited to: injury to persons, property, employees and/or reputation that may be sustained by me; from all claims of said injuries to parties listed above growing out of, or as a result of the event contemplated under the entry form; or caused by any construction or conditions of the course over which the event is held. SKUSA always reserves the right to refuse participation or attendance at any SKUSA sanctioned event, at our sole discretion.
I have reviewed the event website at www.superkartsusa.com and SKUSA Rulebook and understand the rules and policies contained therein. Furthermore, I have reviewed and understand the cancellation/refund policy as stated below:
Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All race entries must have valid and accurate driver info and a current SKUSA membership/racing license to be processed, i.e., legal name and accurate date of birth (with legal proof of DOB). Otherwise, they will be rejected or held pending corrected/completed information. Any entries/orders that are rejected for inaccurate, false or misleading information will be cancelled in full, and the charges will be refunded within 3 business days per our cancellation policies outlined below.

For cancellations received up to October 26, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to the order total for each driver/class.

For cancellations after October 26, the cancellation fee increases to 50%.

No refunds will be granted after November 2nd or for drivers who are 'no-shows' at the event.

NO refunds will be granted on annual SKUSA memberships.

NO transfer - or resale - of an entry from one driver to another is allowed. These are NON-transferable entries. The cancellation process and fees outlined above will apply for any driver that needs to cancel or withdraw their entry.

NO REFUNDS will be granted on any race tires, practice tires, rain tires, fuel and oil that are not officially cancelled ahead of time and not picked up on site during the event. Any of these items not picked up at the event will become the property of SKUSA and there will be NO SHIPPING of these unclaimed items.

SKUSA reserves the right to revise event parameters without prior notice
