The 21st season of the Superkarts! USA ProKart Challenge is set to end following the sixth and final round of competition over October 11-12 at the K1 Circuit. For a third time this year, the SKUSA regional program will visit the Winchester, California facility for the final round of the championship chase. The 1.1-mile ‘Pro Track’ will welcome the competitors on the weekend, fighting for the final points up for grabs.
The championship is locked in already in the Formula Works KA100 Senior class with Keagan Kaminski securing the win in the first five rounds. He will take his perfect win score to K1 Circuit, while Jackson Menchu and Shea Aldrich are at the front of the fight for vice champion on the season. Two wins over the five rounds has Matthew Cagle leading the championship chase in the SuperSpeed Bearings KA100 Junior class. Canadian Nathan Dupuis is coming off a victory at Round Five, sitting second in the standings with Round Two winner Sebastian Hauser in third. Tim Meyer has a comfortable lead in the Mike Manning Karting KA100 Master standings. The Round Three winner has a 333-point advantage going into the finale, leading Robert Switzler and Scott Nealon.

Speedsportz Racing Park in New Caney, Texas will host the 2026 SKUSA Winter Series
Since its inception in 2018, the Superkarts! USA Winter Series has been situated in the state of Florida, hosting events at Ocala Gran Prix, AMR Homestead-Miami Motorplex Presented by MG Tires and, most recently, the Orlando Kart Center. Each venue has provided its own uniqueness and history throughout the eight years of the program. Year nine of the SKUSA Winter Series will present a new location, with both events of the 2026 schedule to be held at the Speedsportz Racing Park in New Caney, Texas.
Speedsportz Racing Park was site of the 2025 Superkarts! USA Pro Tour WinterNationals, and its popularity drew racers from around the country, making it the first ever Pro Tour event to welcome over 300 entries. It was the largest event in the 16-year history of the championship series.

The 2025 Superkarts! USA Winter Series concluded on Sunday at the Orlando Kart Center, completing the fourth round of the ‘Spring Training’ championship. The penultimate round was contested on Saturday, with similar weather conditions featuring clear skies and warm temperatures greeted the over 285 entries at the Orlando, Florida facility. Drivers were all in on attacking the 8/10-mile course and the tough competition with the final SKUSA event until the WinterNationals in March. Defending Pro Shifter champion Matheus Morgatto was able to claim a second straight title with victory in Round Four while British driver Joe Turney won his fourth straight main event to earn a second Pro X30 crown at the series.

Racing action began at the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28 outside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The roughly 7/10-mile temporary circuit was tested today as the first two rounds of heat races were contested for the nine categories competing, featuring nearly 570 entries. Rain overnight left the track a bit damp for morning warm-up before racing began. Sun hit the area for some time before clouds rolled over for overcast skies, however, temperatures remain in the comfortable range heading into the night races for the afternoon group of categories. The racing was a predicted with pack racing throughout the fields, however, an aggressive tone was set from the beginning and last until the final checkered flag near 7pm. Effective immediately for all IAME engines - Excessive carbon buildup in the exhaust ports that is judged to reduce the factory port area by 25% or more will be grounds for disqualification. Further, carbon in the top of the ports that could obstruct the use of the 0.2mm X 5mm stop guage used to document the exhaust duration as noted in the fiche documents may also be grounds for disqualification.
