WSIR Hosted Practice on Friday, March 24th
Willow Spring is hosting a test and tune day on March 24th and will be running the same configurations and direction as our PKC race.  The testing/practice fee is $100 but you must also have a Universal Membership ($75).  Please call Autumn Soriano at the number above for more information.  The first session is at 8:00am, and the last, 4:30pm.  Full Schedule

Map And Directions ( Google Maps )

GATE HOURS: Streets of Willow gate hours will be: Monday-Wednesday track closed, Thursday 3/30 7am-10pm (MOVE-IN/SETUP/CHECK-IN ONLY -- NO PRACTICE), Friday 3/31 and Saturday 4/1 6:30am-11pm, and Sunday 4/2 6:30am-noon. Overnight campers must be inside the gates by closing time each night or risk being locked out. See Schedule details.

Overnight Parking, Pit Spots and Camping
PKC has arranged for overnight parking of trailers, as well as overnight camping on site, starting Thursday, March 30th. Although there are two sizes of pit spots for this event, each reserved pit spot is $40; there are 15’x30’ and 15’x40’ spots. if you are camping overnight in your pit spot, the charge is $50 as a flat fee for up to 3 total nights – in addition to the cost of your pit spot. If you wish to reserve a pit spot, purchase it here. If you are going to camp in your sleeper trailer in your pit, please also pay the camping fee here. (Only sleeper trailers are allowed in the pit spot rows. See info below for RV spot locations and pricing.) Be sure to list your top 3 choices for each pit, RV or camping spot. We will contact you to confirm your reservations and add you to the map.

RV Parking
Update 3/23 : Since the RV spots have sold out for Streets of Willow, we are now allowing RV's in the pits, but you must purchase enough pit spots and the Camping Fee to accommodate it.

Note: Any RVs or large Rigs with landing gear MUST use pavement protection to prevent damage. Otherwise, charges will apply.

There are only (6) RV spots available at this time, and they are approximately 20' x 60'. These spots have no hook-ups and are first come first served (SOLD OUT)

Clutch Gear Allowed for Willow Springs Event
We have had many questions regarding the clutch gear for the PKC event at the Streets of Willow track. To clarify the rules (which have been published in the pdf for each engine):
  • SWIFT 10 or 11 tooth
  • X30 10,11,12,13 tooth
Rear gear is open.

Pets On Premises
Dogs are allowed on the kart track premises, but must be kept on a leash at all times. No dogs allowed on grid. Please pick up after your pet.

Reserved and Unreserved Pit Spaces
An unreserved pit space is included at no charge with your race entry. However, the location of unreserved spaces is determined on a first arrive, first serve basis with no ability to choose a location or pit neighbor. As a result, you could arrive at “dark-30″ on Friday morning and still be a football field from the pre-grid or worse yet, you can’t get to the event until Saturday. Therefore, we have provided the ability to pre-reserve a pit space(s). In this manner, you choose the space you want now and that space will be available whenever you arrive. There is labor required to administrate pit space reservations, so a cost is involved. However, you will hopefully view the nominal $40/space charge as well worth it.

Reservation Instructions
Team Managers with block requests or those that need an irregular sized pit space, should call (951) 491-0808 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
Reserve your Pit Space now in the Online Store

Spectator Tickets – NOT Needed, unless you are a crew member or mechanic that needs access to the HOT PIT and/or TECH/SCALES areas.
1 and 2 day spectator passes are available through EventBrite and directly on the Spectator Pass page for this event. These passes include pit access, thus enriching the spectator experience through up close contact with the drivers and crew. Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $25 for a 2-day pass. Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver.

Willow Springs charges all attendees a $10 gate fee at the front entrance. Spectators will NOT have to purchase a separate pit pass from PKC at this event, as the gate fee covers their insurance wristband. Only mechanics and crew members that want access to the HOT PIT area of the track (and tech/scales) need to purchase PKC pit passes, in addition to paying the Willow Springs gate fee.

Course Map For This Event
CW Up the hill - Senior Layout: 1.6 Miles - Junior Layout: 1.1 Miles

Spectator Tickets and Will-Call - - ONLY MECHANICS AND CREW MEMBERS NEED THEM AT STREETS

As part of an overall effort to expedite driver check-in, we have eliminated the use of "Will Call" lists, although purchasing your tickets via EventBrite below serves the same purpose. A few things will help us help you.
  • If you know the name of your MECHANIC, include it on the ticket. Adding their email address will even send a copy directly to them.
  • If you don't know the name of your MECHANIC that's ok too, but you must send them a copy of their ticket, even a screenshot of the barcode via text will work.
  • We can check someone in manually, but verification could delay their entry so make every attempt to provide them with their ticket.

Parents, Guardians and Team Principles

If you need to check in a driver for age or language reasons AND NEED TO ASSIST THAT DRIVER ON THE GRID OR AT TECH/SCALES, you can still purchase a ticket below to be used at Driver Registration, but please keep the non-drivers to a minimum so we don't bog their line down.

Pit Space Rules

  • Space reservations are on a first paid, first served basis
  • Unreserved spaces are on a first arrive, first served basis
  • All equipment must fit within your designated pit space. This includes: trailer; tents, karts, generators, pit carts, etc.
  • All vehicles (tow and otherwise) must be stored/parked in the participant parking area North of the pit area.
  • Other than rare exceptions, Motorhomes are prohibited in the main paddock and must be parked in the designated RV area. Overnight vehicles that ARE allowed in the main pit area are trailers or vehicles used to store and transport karts (i.e., toy boxes, fun movers, etc.)
NOTE: If you are camping on-site overnight, you will need to pay a $50 camping fee, either thru the online shopping kart, or at the track on Friday night.
  • Pit space move-in starts on the Thursday afternoon prior to an event.
  • PLAN YOUR SPACE CAREFULLY — You are able to reserve a specific location(s) based on current availability.  If your space requirements subsequently change, you will be moved to the first available area that meets the new specification - which may not be anywhere near the original location. Pit space reservation priority is based on the receipt date of the location request AND payment (no payment, no reservation).
PKC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PIT SPACE PLANNING.
