RACE ENTRY

Race pre-entries may be submitted at a “Pre-Entry price” discount through the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge ONLINE store. Our web-challenged friends may use our DOWNLOAD form.  If you have any questions, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or call 219-841-1367 for assistance.  NOTE: If this is your first transaction through the online store, you have the option of clicking on the “Create New Account” link when prompted and complete the forms presented.  Then, for subsequent transactions, just enter the login ID and password you created to retrieve your stored entry profile. NOTE: Login ID and password cannot contain blank spaces.
 
Pre-Entry – Enter Before the Cut-Off and Save!
The definition of a “PRE-ENTRY” is an entry received, with payment, at the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge office by midnight on the Monday prior to the event, and will qualify for the pre-entry pricing. Entries after this cut-off will have to be submitted at the event (starting Thursday afternoon) at walk-up pricing. See pricing below. All race pre-entries will be confirmed via email within 1-2 business days of receipt at the RMPKC/SKUSA home office. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please call 219-841-1367 to confirm that your entry has been received and is in process.
 
Pre-Entry for this event closes at Midnight on Monday, May 20th. Anyone wanting to register for this event after that time will have to sign-up at the track on Thursday,. May 23, 12:30pm-5:30pm or Friday, May 24, starting at 7:00am. 
 

Entry Fees

ALL entry fees include both Saturday Race Fee and the driver’s pit pass.
  • $50 Friday Practice (Includes driver’s pit pass)
  • • $90 Pre-Entry Race Fees for 1st Class - $65 for 2nd Class -- although the Fees will be ZERO for the first 50 PRE-entries for the IMI EVENT on May 24-25 submitted by the May 20th deadline.
  • $110 Post-Entry / At Track Race Fees for 1st Class - $85 for 2nd Class 

Additional Item Pricing

  • SKUSA Annual Membership: $75 SKUSA Membership is required for all classes except Rotax
  • Rotax Membership: Drivers competing in the Rotax points series need a US RMax license. New members can apply online at www.gorotax.com
  • Transponder Rental: $20 (If you don't have your own)
  • Race Tires: $212+tax for 1 set of MG-SK stamped race tires (for all classes except TaG Cadet and Rotax). For TaG Cadet, the cost is $203+tax for 1 set of MG-HZ stamped race tires. Note: These competition tires MUST be stamped and purchased from the RMPKC director. These tires may be re-used from event to event. The spec rain tire for RMPKC is the MG -WT. Rain Tires MG-WT WILL NOT be available at the track. You MUST order them from the SKUSA website (with sufficient time for shipping via UPS to your location) or purchase them from a dealer prior to the event. 
  • Practice Tires: MG-SK tires are $212/set; TaG Cadet, MG-HZ tires are $203/set. Practice tires can be purchased at IMI Pro Shop at the track. RMPKC urges you to patronize the host facility by purchasing practice tires at the event. RMPKC will not sell any practice tires for the event
  • MOJO Race and Practice Tires: All MOJO (Rotax points series) tires can be purchased at Billet Performance or you can provide your own.
  • Spec Fuel & Oil: VP MS98 & Motul 2T Grand Prix oil (SKUSA classes) or VP MS93 & XPS oil (Rotax classes) -- will be available and can be purchased at the track.
  • Pit Passes: $10 (1-day), $15 (2-day)
  • Pit Spots: $30 per space. Reserve through IMI Motorsports Complex Contact IMI

Driver Age
If the driver is less than 18 years old, you must fax a copy of his/her birth certificate to (219) 762-7746 or a scanned copy to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   with the first entry of the season.  Be sure to check the Classes section of this site or sections 15.3 and 20.1.2 of the SKUSA Rulebook for minimum age requirements of each class.

POLICIES

ADMISSION
  • All persons entering IMI Motorsports Complex pit area are required to purchase a pit pass.
Vehicles
  • Operators of motor vehicles must abide by all posted speed limits and traffic signs and drive or ride in a safe manner.
  • Paddock speed is 15 mph. 
  • Unlicensed drivers may not operate motor vehicles, including but not limited to automobiles, golf carts, ATVs, scooters, and motorcycles, on the Paddock.  All motor vehicle operators must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Minors
  • All minors must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
Pets
  • All pets must be kept on a leash or in a confined space at all times.
  • The pet owner must dispose of all pet waste properly.
  • Pets are prohibited from entering any building on the property.
