RACE ENTRY

Race pre-entries may be submitted at a “Pre-Entry price” discount through the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge ONLINE store. Our web-challenged friends may use our DOWNLOAD form.  If you have any questions, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or call 219-841-1367 for assistance.  NOTE: If this is your first transaction through the online store, you have the option of clicking on the “Create New Account” link when prompted and complete the forms presented.  Then, for subsequent transactions, just enter the login ID and password you created to retrieve your stored entry profile. NOTE: Login ID and password cannot contain blank spaces.
 
Pre-Entry – Enter Before the Cut-Off and Save!
The definition of a “PRE-ENTRY” is an entry received, with payment, at the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge office by midnight on the Monday prior to the event, and will qualify for the pre-entry pricing. Entries after this cut-off will have to be submitted at the event (starting Thursday afternoon) at walk-up pricing. See pricing below. All race pre-entries will be confirmed via email within 1-2 business days of receipt at the RMPKC/SKUSA home office. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please call 219-841-1367 to confirm that your entry has been received and is in process.
 
Pre-Entry for this event closes at Midnight on Monday, April 29. Anyone wanting to register for this event after that time will have to sign-up at the track on Thursday,. May 2, 12:30pm-5:30pm or Friday, May 3, starting at 6:30am. 
 
Entry Fees 
  • Gate Fee: ALL attendees (spectators under age 12 are Free) for this event will pay a $6 gate fee upon arrival to enter the Miller Motorsports Park facility thru the MAIN GATE on Sheep Lane. This is in addition to any other SKUSA passes purchased for access inside the pit gates (i.e., 1-3 day spectator passes).
  • $50 Friday Practice (Includes driver’s pit pass)
ALL race entry fees include both Saturday and Sunday (two separate) race days and the driver’s pit pass.
  • $170 Pre-Entry Race Fees for 1st Class - $120 for 2nd Class
  • $200 Post-Entry / At Track Race Fees for 1st Class - $150 for 2nd Class 
Additional Item Pricing
  • SKUSA Annual Membership: $75 SKUSA Membership is required for all classes except Rotax
  • Rotax Membership: Drivers competing in the Rotax points series need a US RMax license. New members can either apply at the track or online at www.gorotax.com
  • Transponder Rental: $20 (If you don't have your own)
  • Race Tires: $212+tax for 1 set of MG-SK stamped race tires (for all classes except TaG Cadet and Rotax). For TaG Cadet, the cost is $203+tax for 1 set of MG-HZ stamped race tires. Note: These competition tires MUST be stamped and purchased from the RMPKC director. These tires may be re-used from event to event. The spec rain tire for RMPKC is the MG -WT. Rain Tires MG-WT WILL NOT be available at the track. You MUST order them from the SKUSA website (with sufficient time for shipping via UPS to your location) or purchase them from a dealer prior to the event. 
  • Practice Tires: MG-SK tires are $212/set; TaG Cadet, MG-HZ tires are $203/set. Practice tires can be purchased at the Miller Motorsports Pro Shop at the track. RMPKC urges you to patronize the host facility by purchasing practice tires at the event. RMPKC will not sell any practice tires for the event
  • MOJO Race and Practice Tires: All MOJO (Rotax points series) tires can be purchased at the Miller Motorsports Pro Shop at the track. Racers who need to purchase the D-3 compound need to place an order with the pro shop by April 23rd.   • Spec Fuel & Oil: VP MS98 & Motul 2T Grand Prix oil (SKUSA classes) or VP MS93 & XPS oil (Rotax classes) -- will be available and can be purchased at the track.
  • Pit Passes: $10 (1-day), $15 (2-day),$20 (3-day) 
  • Pit Spots: $30 per space. See notes below.
  • Garages: $200 per space. See notes below.
  • RV Spaces with electrical hook ups: $115 per space. See notes below.

  • Drive West on Interstate 80 for approximately 26.5 miles.

From West Valley:

Pit spots, Garages and RV Spaces 

These items can be purchased through the RMPKC store. After purchasing your space, you will be contacted by a representative of MMP beginning April 23rd to receive your actual pit, garage or RV space assignments. The phone calls will be placed in the order that the purchases were received through the store. Priority placement will begin with anyone who has rented a garage and pit spot so that your pit spot is aligned with the respective garage stall. 

Tents

All tent rentals will also be contracted through MMP only. The prices vary per square foot, depending upon the total size needed. Catering 

Miller Motorsports Park is the EXCLUSIVE catering vendor for this event. Anyone wishing to use their catering service has to secure their order and finalize menus no later than Friday, April 19th. ADDITIONAL VENUE INFORMATION

GARAGE RENTALS AND RV/CAMPING SPACES
  • Guests may only use their assigned space rented. Guests may only use assigned electrical outlets.
  • Electrical cords my not cross a vehicle road.
  • Guests may not refuel or store bulk fuel in garages.
  • Guests are responsible for removing all personal property when leaving the facility.
  • Guests are responsible for properly securing all personal property; Miller Motorsports Park is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Lost and Found is located in Security. Call Security at (435)277.8542.
  • Garages are locked from 10:00pm to 5:30am. All people must exit garage by 10:00pm.
  • Sleeping in garages is strictly prohibited.
  • If parked in an RV space without a paid reservation, we reserve the right to tow at owners expense.
  • Water fill station is located west of the Gas Pumps.
  • No RV dumping on site. The closest dump station is at the Flying J located at 1605 Saddleback Blvd, Lake Point, UT 8407. Call for pricing and hours at (801) 508-7400.
  • There are locations to dump used oil by the Day Garages.
  • For more information about any item/service, or to inquire about something not listed here, please call (435)277-RACE (7223).
WIFI
MMP now offers Wireless Internet Access in some areas. Please open your computer’s web browser on site to connect and learn more. Unfortunately, wireless is not guaranteed in the paddock. WIFI is strongest in the GP and Day Garages.

There are 2 ATM’s located on property: Kart Center and Box Office.

SHIPPING TO THE TRACK

POLICIES

ADMISSION
  • All persons entering Miller Motorsports Park are required to have a ticket or sign a liability waiver prior to entering the facility.
Vehicles
  • Operators of motor vehicles must abide by all posted speed limits and traffic signs and drive or ride in a safe manner.
  • Paddock speed is 15 mph. 
  • Unlicensed drivers may not operate motor vehicles, including but not limited to automobiles, golf carts, ATVs, scooters, and motorcycles, on the Paddock.  All motor vehicle operators must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Tents & Awnings
  • Tooele County is a high wind area; as such, all tents must be properly secured with blocks, sandbags, or the like.
  • The use of stakes, glues, and epoxies is prohibited on the asphalt.    
  •  MMP has cement blocks for rent.  To rent call (435)277.RACE(7223).
Minors
  • All minors must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
Alcohol
  • No outside beer, wine or liquor. Utah State law prohibits outside beer, wine or alcoholic beverages from being brought in or consumed on licensed property.
  • Miller Motorsports Park reserves the right to inspect for and confiscate any alcoholic beverages brought on property.
Pets
  • All pets must be kept on a leash or in a confined space at all times.
  • The pet owner must dispose of all pet waste properly.
  • Pets are prohibited from entering any building on the property.
