Race Entry

Notice: All customers must create new

Race pre-entries may be submitted at a “Pre-Entry price” discount through the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge ONLINE store. Pre-Entry – Enter Before the Cut-Off and Save!
The definition of a “PRE-ENTRY” is an entry received, with payment, at the Rocky Mountain ProKart Challenge office by midnight on the Monday prior to the event, and will qualify for the pre-entry pricing.  Entries after this cut-off will have to be submitted at the event (starting Friday morning) at walk-up pricing.  See pricing below.  All race pre-entries will be confirmed via email within 1 business day of receipt at the RMPKC/SKUSA home office.  If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please call 219-841-1367 to confirm that your entry has been received and is in process.
 
Pre-Entry closes at Midnight on Monday, April 30th.  Anyone wanting to register for the race or Friday's practice after that time will have to sign-up at the track on Friday starting at 7:00am or Saturday starting at 6:30am
 
Series Membership:
ALL SKUSA Sanctioned Classes required the entry to be an active SKUSA member in good standings.  You can purchase your annual SKUSA membership at the official SKUSA STORE.

Entry Fees
(NOTE: See the Online store for new simple pre-race registration, practice day, pit passes and tire purchase) 
Entry fee in inclusive of 3-day driver’s pit pass and the race entry fees for both Saturday and Sunday race days.
  • $75 SKUSA Annual Membership
    Note: Mini Max and any local option class (if to be included in the event) does not require membership
  • $50 Friday, Official Practice Day
  • $170 Pre-Entry Race Fees for 1st Class - $120 for 2nd Class
  • $120 Pre-Entry Race Fee for Mini Max and Local Option (Should an LO class exist)
  • $200 Post-Entry / At Track Race Fees for 1st Class - $150 for 2nd Class
  • $150 Post-Entry / At Track Race Fees for Mini Max and Local Option (Should an LO class exist)
  • $20 Transponder Rental (If you don't have your own)
  • $212+tax per set MG-SK practice or race tires (for all classes except TaG Cadet and Mini Max). These tires may be re-used from event to event. TaG Cadet & Mini Max practice or race tires (MG-HZ) are $203+tax. All tires can be picked up at the track or shipped ahead of time for $10 Shipping and Handling (within IN) or $15 (outside IN)
Note: Race Tires MUST have the special PKC stamp to pass tech.
  • Spectator Pit Passes for this event: $10 for a one-day pass, $15 for a two-day pass, $20 for a three-day pass

Driving Directions from the Airport
Although the track is pretty close to the Airport, most navigations systems will take you about 7 miles off track.  Please use the following directions.
  • Airport roundabout take Horizon Dr. headed south.
  • Left on G Road (turns into 27 1/2 Rd).
  • Left on Patterson at light (turns into F Rd).
  • Left on 29 Rd at light.
  • The road splits but stay left on 29 Rd (do not turn on G Rd) go over canal then continue over interstate.
  • Stay to the right on the paved road and the track will be a about mile down on the left.

  • Pit space move-in may start on Thursday afternoon 3pm-9pm.

Course Map For This Event
NOTE: This double event weekend will utilize the same configuration used for the SKUSA SummerNationals in 2011.  The .9 mile, 32' wide asphalt sprint track offers fast straights, technical corners, and hairpin turns, ideal for intense racing or a day battling with friends or competitors.
