NOTE: If this is your first transaction through the online store, you have the option of clicking on the “Create New Account” link when prompted and complete the forms presented. Then, for subsequent transactions, just enter the login ID and password you created to retrieve your stored entry profile. SPECIAL NOTE: Login ID and password cannot contain blank spaces. Pre-Entry – Enter Before the Cut-Off and Save! The definition of a “PRE-ENTRY” is an entry received, with payment, at the ProKart Challenge office before midnight on the Wednesday prior to the event, and will qualify for the pre-entry pricing. Entries after this cut-off will have to be submitted at the event (starting Friday morning) at walk-up pricing. See pricing below. All race pre-entries will be confirmed via email within 1 business day of receipt at the PKC/SKUSA home office. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, please call 951-491-0808 to confirm that your entry has been received and is in process. Pre-Entry closes at Midnight on Wed, March 21st. Anyone wanting to register for the race or Friday's practice after that time will have to sign-up at the track on Friday starting at 7:00am or Saturday starting at 6:30am. Capped Entries - Enter Early - Don’t Miss Out! All classes will have a maximum amount of 40 entries per race. Entries received after a particular class is filled will be placed on a waiting list and held pending cancellation openings. Entrants will be notified directly of any change in status or availability and offered entry on a first paid, first served basis Entry Fees (NOTE: see Online store for new $295 pricing for entry+tires combo.) Everyone attending this event will have to pay the Willow Springs $10 gate fee upon arrival. In addition, any crew/mechanics who want access to the hot pit lane have to purchase PKC pit passes for this event: $15 for 1 day, $20 for 2 days. Spectators do not need PKC pit passes as long as they remain outside of the hot pit lane. Driver Age If the driver is less than 18 years old, you must fax a copy of his/her birth certificate to (951) 491-0809 with the first entry of the season. Be sure to check the Classes section of this site or sections 15.3 and 20.1.2 of the 2010-2011 SKUSA Rulebook for minimum age requirements of each class. Venue Information
Willow Springs Kart Track Overnight Parking and Camping Trailer parking and overnight camping will be available at no cost, starting Thursday night, and it will all be first come-first serve.
Willow Kart track gates will be open 3pm-10pm Thursday, 6:00am-10pm Friday, 6:30am-10pm Saturday, and 6:30am-noon Sunday. We will not be running managed or reserved Pit-Spaces at this event. Spectator Tickets Normally, 1 and 2 day spectator passes are required -- and are available through the online store and at the track throughout each event. Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $20 for a 2-day pass. Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver. HOWEVER: Willow Springs charges all attendees a $10 gate fee at the front entrance. Spectators will NOT have to purchase a separate pit pass from PKC at this event, as the gate fee covers their insurance wristband. Only mechanics and crew members that want access to the HOT PIT area of the track need to purchase PKC pit passes, in addition to paying the Willow Springs gate fee. Course Map For This Event NOTE: ProKart Challenge will be running this event -- as well as the Friday practice day – in the normal CCW direction. ![]() Pit Vehicles Although PKC prefers to disallow the use of motorized vehicles in order to avoid unnecessary accidents in the pits, Willow Springs does allow motorized vehicles on their kart track premises. However, PKC reserves the right to confiscate any vehicles, motorized or otherwise, that are being unsafely used anywhere on the kart track premises. Pets on Premises Willow Springs allows pets on premises, as long as they are kept on a leash.
