2024 Orlando Pit Spot Reservations |
Reserving Your Pit SpotAs always, the toughest part for the SKUSA staff in organizing large events each year is laying out and fitting everyone into the pits! This year is no different, as the 2024 WinterNationals event debuts at the popular Orlando Karting Center in Orlando, FL. ALL RACERS or TEAM OWNERS can do their part now by reserving the space they will need (as well as encouraging all drivers to get pre-registered for the event - before their classes cap out at 44)! Due to the large amount of racers expected, the 300SF-per-driver rule will apply. Racers and Teams will be limited to a maximum of 300 square feet per entry. Pit requests must include a list of pre-registered drivers to be considered complete. If you know EXACTLY how much space you will need for your pit spot, please email - a complete PDF drawing (no photos please) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Emailed pit requests will be replied to with a confirmation upon receipt. The price of all pit and RV spots are as follows:
NOTE: As Always, the event & class sponsors will receive priority pit spot placement, so be sure to note on your pit request if you are a sponsor, or if you'd like information on becoming one. An emailed request for sponsorship information can also be sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Superkarts! USA and ROK Cup USA will do everything possible to assure that you can retain your same location for your entire stay of both events. However, there are NO GUARANTEES. The paddock area will be rows of pit spots 10’W x 40’D, so your drawing should reflect multiples of these areas. Please also specify your top 3 choices for the pit spot locations you prefer (i.e. A 23-27, E- 417-420, etc), based on the pit map posted below. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Here are THE ITEMS TO INCLUDE ON YOUR EMAILED PIT REQUEST/DRAWING:
NOTE: A 20x20’ tent does not fit in a 20x20’ space, allow room for the way you will secure it. Orlando Karting Center does have a water faucet to fill water barrels. These barrels must fit within YOUR pit space and not in the aisles or fire lanes. Please plan accordingly. Include a team name and a list of the drivers (with classes) that will be pitting in the spot. NOTE: Please send your pit map when it is absolutely final. In the event that there are multiple teams in one pit area, a designated team manager/ representative must be named as the person responsible for tent and trailer placement. We will NOT park teams on site unless and until ALL trailers are present -- or unless the team manager is present (this is the only exception).
