Pit Spot Reservations

Are highly encouraged, as this will be a PACKED event. You can view the pit map HERE, and then purchase your pit spots here. All spots will be either 10'x20's for $20 each or 10'x40's for $40 each, so you must purchase them in these increments. Please specify your top 3 choices for your pit spot location when you purchase them, or send an email to place your pit spot order. All orders will be processed in order STARTING WITH THE PKC CLASS SPONSORS. Any necessary payment arrangements/adjustments will be made upon confirmation of your pit reservation.

Overnight Camping

Will be available for this event starting Friday, Sept 26th. The overnight camping fee is a flat $50 per camping vehicle – in addition to the cost of the pit spot taken up by the camping vehicle -- and can be reserved online up until Sept 23rd at midnight - or paid at the track upon arrival. Be sure to verify your reserved camping/RV spot with your SKUSA registration representative, especially if paying on site. Please refer to the Current Pit Spot Map for available spaces then reserve your pit and/or camping spots HERE. Be sure to list your top 3 choices for each spot. PKC will give you the first available spots of your choices provided.

Pit and Parking Rules

  • Pit move-in is on Friday, Sept. 26th from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday from 6:30am to 7:30am.
  • Registration check-in is 10am to 6pm on Friday, Sept. 26, and 6:30am to 8:00am on Saturday.
  • There will be no passenger vehicles allowed in the pits for the race weekend, so please plan to park any cars or trucks outside of the pit area after move-in.
  • PKC is prohibiting the use of all pit vehicles – motorized and non-motorized – at this event. Exceptions will be made for SKUSA staff, vendors, motor builders, and anyone with an authorized ‘handicapped’ vehicle placard.
  • Dogs are allowed in the pits, but must be kept on a leash or in a trailer or camping vehicle at all times; please clean up after your pet. No pets allowed on grid or in tech.
  • DO NOT leave empty fuel cans on site.
  • You may deposit used tires in designated tire recycling containers only -- never in or near trash cans.
  • EVERYONE inside the pits must have an insurance armband from PKC -- no exceptions! See pricing below. FREE spectator areas will be located outside of the fenced-in pit area.
  • No Alcohol in the Pits: This race event will include a city-wide festival, with food and drink vendors located throughout the area surrounding the track. However, due to insurance restrictions, open containers of alcohol are NOT allowed in the pits while karts are moving on track.
  • All pits require a fire extinguisher per SKUSA rule 10.4.1.3.1.

Air Boxes

For all motos, the silencer is open spec and air boxes are not required at this event.

Spectator Tickets

1-day and all-weekend spectator passes are available through the online store (up until Tuesday night, Sept 23rd at midnight) and at the track throughout the event (at the same pricing). Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $20 for the entire weekend event (up to 3 days). Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver and wear the applicable wristband throughout the event while in the pits.
