As anyone at the Moran BACKWARDS event can attest, Chuck had a rather spectacular "get-off" on the pit straight in the S4 Main.
Thanks to the support of his track buddies Pete Mietz and John Modderman, Chuck is back home in Stockton beginning the road to recovery from shoulder, arm and collarbone injuries.

For 2007, TaG USA changed the rules for Motori to allow a smaller combustion chamber volume (CCV). This is a performance enhancing modification and thus, the TaG USA weights for Motori were increased by 10lbs. ProKart Challenge is adopting the same Motori weight increase beginning with the February 3rd event and will continue to monitor the Motoris, as well as other brands, to determine if additional adjustments are necessary to maintain parity. |

The huge turnout of 184 drivers at the January 6th season opener brought with it both successes and challenges. Obviously, we are thankful for the successes. However, we are equally thankful for the challenges as they give us valuable information on where we can improve. We do apologize for any issues you experienced at the January event and are making the changes stated below to insure these issues are eliminated at future events.
