All racers, guests, and PKC supporters are welcome! Bring the family!
We will be honoring our 2018 series champs, announcing our 2018 TEAM OF THE YEAR
and awarding some great raffle prizes!
TROPHIES AND OTHER PRIZES WILL GO TO THE TOP 3 CHAMPS IN EACH CLASS!
ALL attendees will be eligible for raffle prizes!

And you won’t want to miss all of the exciting announcements regarding our 2019 race schedules and tracks – to be heard here first!



HOW TO RSVP/PURCHASE TICKETS

In order to provide an accurate head count to the caterer,
Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets as soon as possible.
NOTE: Monday, October 22 at NOON is the DEADLINE for all ticket purchases.
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

 



Adults: $25 (12+ years) // Kids: $15 (5-11 years) // Babies: N/C (0-4 years)
Price includes appetizers, drink ticket, buffet dinner & dessert, awards presentation, and raffle.
Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
Raffle tickets will be given upon arrival. Additional raffle tickets will not be available for purchase, and you must be present to win. Free parking.

No limits on quantity of tickets purchased, but please, no refunds on cancellations.
Any attendee that has to cancel after purchase can transfer a pre-purchased ticket to another person,
but please send an email with the name of the new attendee to info@superkartsusa.com by noon on Friday, Oct. 26.



DRESS CODE

Attire is business casual or party attire, but please, NO ripped clothing, shorts or flip-flops.
T-shirts and Tennis shoes are okay, but feel free to dress up!

For out of town guests, or those who would like to stay in the area overnight and enjoy the local attractions,
the Business Expo Center lists a number of local hotels.
