Driver Age
ALL driver’s ages must be verified prior to completing the processing of their race entry and/or SKUSA membership. Verification would be a clear and official legal copy of his/her birth certificate or passport. Adult driver’s licenses will work, as well, but we prefer one of the other 2 official documents, if available.

SKUSA has many of the previous driver’s birth certificates on file, but mostly just those under 18. If not, you must attach an ‘Age Verification’ document to the online driver’s MSR application,  or send it via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax to (951) 491-0809 with the application for a SKUSA membership/racing license. Be sure to check the Classes section of this event for more information, and sections 15.3 and 20.1.2 of the SKUSA Rulebook for minimum age requirements of each class.

LO-206 Invitational Race Information

As a way of saying thanks to all of the nearby clubs that have been spec'ing our Evinco Blue tire, SuperKarts! USA has created an LO-206 Invitational Race for the 2017 Streets of Lancaster Grand Prix, with the hopes of making it a permanent addition in the years to come.

Pit and Parking Rules

  • Pit move-in is on Friday, Sept. 29th from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday from 6:30am to 7:30am. Move-out will begin Sunday night (after final checkered flag) and must be complete by Monday morning (all vehicles/trailers must be off Sierra Hwy by 8am Monday morning).
  • Registration check-in is 10am to 6pm on Friday, Sept. 29th, and will resume at 6:30am on Saturday.
  • There will be no passenger vehicles allowed in the pits for the race weekend, so please plan to park any cars or trucks outside of the pit area after move-in – will be directed on site by parking officials.
  • PKC is prohibiting the use of all pit vehicles – motorized and non-motorized – at this event. Exceptions will be made ONLY for SKUSA staff, vendors, motor builders, and anyone with an authorized ‘handicapped’ vehicle placard. See Stan or Patti on site.
  • Dogs are allowed in the pits, but must be kept on a leash or in a trailer or camping vehicle at all times; please clean up after your pet. No pets allowed on grid or in tech.
  • You may leave used tires and empty fuel cans on site in the designated recycling containers only, or you must take them home with you. DO NOT leave them in or near trash cans in the pits.
  • EVERYONE inside the pits must have a wristband from PKC and sign the necessary waiver -- no exceptions! See pricing below. FREE spectator areas will be located outside of the fenced-in pit area.
  • No Alcohol in the Pits: This race event will include a city-wide festival, with food and drink vendors located throughout the area surrounding the track. However, due to insurance restrictions, open containers of alcohol are NOT allowed in the pits, tech or grid areas while karts are moving on track.
  • All pits require a fire extinguisher per SKUSA rule 10.4.1.3.1.  A 2A10BC is the type required.  Lancaster fire department has put us on notice that every pit will be inspected to verify compliance.

Air Boxes

For all motos, the silencer is open spec and air boxes are not required at this event.

Spectator Tickets

1-day and all-weekend spectator passes are available for puchase directly from this website, or at skusa.eventbrite.com. These passes include pit access, thus enriching the spectator experience through up close contact with the drivers and crew. Prices are $15 for a 1-day pass and $25 for the entire weekend event (up to 3 days). Kids 5 and under are FREE, but everyone must sign an insurance waiver and wear the applicable wristband throughout the event while in the pits.

Spectator Tickets and Will-Call

As part of an overall effort to expedite driver check-in, we have eliminated the use of "Will Call" lists, although purchasing your tickets via EventBrite below serves the same purpose. A few things will help us help you.
  •  Walking up to the Registration check-in desk WITH a printed copy OR your phone open to your BAR CODE is the quickest and easiest way to get you into the event.
  • If you are not sure what the bullet above means, CHECK YOUR EMAIL! You should have received one from Evenbrite with the PDF barcode each time you purchase tickets. That is what we need to see AS YOU APPROACH the check-in area.
  • If you know the name of your MECHANIC or other attendee(s), include them on their tickets. Adding their email address will even send a copy directly to them. (NOTE: Mechanic passes are not always included with a SKUSA race entry, and never for ProKart Challenge.)
  • If you don't know the name of your MECHANIC or other attendee(s), that's ok too, but you must send them a copy of their ticket. Even a screenshot of the barcode via text will work!
  • We can check usually someone in manually, but verification could delay their entry thru the gate -- so please make every attempt to provide them with their BAR CODED ticket.

Parents, Guardians and Team Principles

If you need to check with in a driver for age or language reasons, you can still purchase a ticket for yourself below ahead of time or you can purchase it at Driver Registration. Purchasing them ahead of time below helps expedited check-in and keep the lines moving faster.
